Maybe if you sharpen the edge of the spoon. I think you'd need a lot of practice to make a straight cut through the sandwich, though.

I prefer to think of it as a knoon. For formal occasions, use a High Knoon.

Make a long-handled spoon. Sharpen some of the handle.
