Just four works new to me this week: two fantasy novels, two tabletop roleplaying game supplements. One novel is part of a series. Again, not seeing nearly as many series works as I'd expect.

22 works new to me: 15 fantasy, 2 mystery, 1 mainstream, 4 science fiction. I think. In some cases, genre was not clear. Only four are labelled as series, which seems very low.

Nine works new to me: an anthology, one magazine, five novels, and two roleplaying supplements. I think there are 3.5 fantasies, two mysteries, and 3.5 science fiction works. Unusually, only one is explicitly part of a series.

In addition to an author being willing to send me an arc, I found a work-around for the Netgalley issue that works for Macmillan. Only Macmillan, thus far. The other publishers I reached out to didn't reply.

I will still review non-Macmillan books but obviously not until after they are published. That might disadvantage the non-Macmillan authors but as a lot of them are American, I can live with that.

16 new books, of which 12 are fantasy, 2 are science fiction, and 2 horror. 6 are series and 10 are not.
