I agree also. _Dick_ is a very fun movie, although it's hard to see how it got made--how did studio executives convince themselves that kids in 1999 would be interested in a comedic treatment of Watergate? Still, their (financial) loss is our gain. I recall particularly liking Dave Foley's understated performance as Haldeman. Hedaya's (non-understated) Nixon was good too.
I personally really liked Stone's Nixon. New York Magazine's list of The Ten Best Movie Nixons seems like a reasonable starting point, though several of those aren't Watergate-specific.
The NPR interviews might be worth looking at, as they talk about the background of the interview, specifically, that Frost was considered a lightweight, there was the desire to put Nixon on the trial he escaped from having, and Nixon was hoping for a sympathetic ear to give his side of the story.
