Next campaign: Masks of Nyarlathotep
Jul. 11th, 2021 01:21 pmUsing Delta Green rules. Happily, we don't need to _own_ copies of the rules, as the two book slipcase set is $100 USD (124 CAD), on top of which there are insane shipping charges, and no real guarantee US mail can actually deliver packages to Canada within a human lifetime.
I will be playing widower and Great War veteran Dr. Dibdin, because every doomed group of Mythos adventurers needs someone whose medical skills are completely inapplicable to the otherworldly injuries the party will no double acrue.
I'd forgotten the delights of BRP-derived Mythos mechanics, which is to say that the odds of success are generally speaking fairly dismal.
