So is File770 down just from the number of viewers? Or is it a DDOS attack?

According to Mike Glyer on Facebook, it's not a DDOS attack: "My ISP tells me it isn't a denial of service. And told me something to try, so I am trying to learn enough to navigate their site and do it."

Here's a cache of the File 770 article in question. The site is down, they're working on it, Mike Glyer said several posts were lost but he's reconstructing them from the online caches.
