What Mirapex did for me

I mentioned being on someone else's LJ and they asked for more details. I can't seem to remember whose LJ it was (that is, I think I do but I can't find the entry in question) so I will put it here.
Pluses: I did sleep better when I wasn't experience full body twitches every minute or so.
Minuses:
I got stupid. My memory problems got much worse. My need for water, already well above the average*, doubled or more (At one point, I was going through 4 L a day).
I had a continual head-ache. Moving images made me acutely uncomfortable (esp jumpy LJ icons). I seem to recall having digestive issues as well.
You can see me deteriorate on my LJ from early November until late December when the pills ran out and I declined to renew the prescription.
* Yes, I get checked for diabetes every year.

Date: 2005-04-13 05:20 pm (UTC)I didn't get any side effect that wasn't listed as a possibility and I did get the benefits. I just didn't think the liabilities were balanced by the benefits.
