Waiting for the last few books on my to-read list to come in. Open to suggestions, particularly for more recent books.

I cannot recall who asked me to read the Rational Harry Potter but it has defeated me. May I review something else?

Silver on the Road I liked a lot. Weird West appears to be a microgenre at this point -- possibly also scratching that itch: Rachel Manija Brown and Sherwood Smith's Stranger, Steven Gould's 7th Sigma.

How are you using "microgenre"? Smaller than a sub-genre, bigger than a trend? Or something else?
