As for my book, no, you really couldn't have summed it up in four pages. Well, you could have, but it would be the ignorant scrawls of a drunk who never grew up.

Carlos, could you knock off the drunk thing? I have no brief what so ever for this asshole, as I think has been made plain. But for reasons I can't articulate easily, the drunk thing gets on my nerves. Being a drunk is the least damning thing about him. Everything else, from his manifold failures of intellect, decency, bodily hygiene, charm, wit, genetic make up, reading comprehension and in all possibility place on the ladder of evolution.

This is your hobby (and very occasional mine), and it isn't really my business to tell you how to engage in it. But I wish you would focus on something else, like the fact that he is an abscess that walks like man or the way he is a bleeding ulcer besmirching genus homo (and who probably thinks that is a gay joke). The drink thing is true, as far as I know. (Which isn't very far). But it isn't the problem with him; he'd be just the same kind of failure if never in his life had he so much as seen a bottle.

Thirded. Whatever substance abuse problem Harvey might have is irrelevant to the conversation and none of our business, and even if that weren't the case, I find it incredibly bad taste to belittle someone for it. Bringing it up on a weekly basis is creepy stalker behavior.

Silly Jospeph. It's what people used to call it. Naval slang, I believe -- but you were discharged from the Navy under rather poor circumstances, weren't you. Drink, drank, drunk, broken, can't even piss without pain, an emotionally disturbed 14-year-old trapped in the wreck of a damaged body. Fortunately you know the truth about medical science, how cancer is actually a viral disease and how if only you found the right doctor who could fill the right prescriptions, you could become a real boy and cut yourself loose from your mother.
