Date: 2014-07-08 05:16 pm (UTC)I don't have the specialized knowledge to distinguish between the claims, but the claims aren't that the project was well run, they're claims that the primary source of error was the CSA, rather than the contractor.
Since "oh, yeah, that was totally our fault" isn't something I expect anyone involved to say, I think it goes right on supporting "at no time was this project about achieving success".
