Suspect in Boston Marathon bombing [not ] arrested

A suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings was taken into custody Wednesday in a breakthrough that came less than 48 hours after the deadly attack, a law enforcement official briefed on the investigation said Wednesday. Boston police say that despite earlier reports to the contrary, there has been no arrest made in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings.

Note that being a suspect and even being arrested does not make someone guilty.

Just to be contrarian, however, I'll point out that someone can be in custody, and still not have been arrested.
