Half the Hammond Plumbing fleet seems to be parked behind it. I hope this is a 'Doing long-delayed repairs' thing, like the roof, and not a 'Whoops the pipes froze' thing. The new owner has put a lot of money into it but the process seems to be full of stops and starts, with no real pattern.
It's a beautiful building so I hope people get to move back into it soon.
