APPLICATION: Polling Day
Correction to Elector Information on the Permanent Register for Ontario

Basically, if you show up and there's a problem [1] with your registration, this is the form you'll have filled out.

1: Mainly, if you are not yet registered, if there is an error or omission in your entry on the Permanent Register, and/or if you are dead [2]. In the last case, the form is traditionally requested by someone else on your behalf.

The Canadian part of Walking Dead has to have involved a lot of F0521s.

2: Yeah, it seems to me like 'I am dead' should be covered by error or omission but it is not.

Huh. I thought you were told they had to choose one or the other or else the ballot would not be accepted? Guess there needs to be some rules clarification... then again, what election process does NOT need clarification?

I was told the form had to be filled out correctly and to let the voter select what they wanted there. I guess that also includes "nothing".
