Certain scenes with Captain Montgomery in "Law & Murder", the Castle episode with the poisoned juror, sure feel different if you've seen the season finale.

Hm. Maybe I should rewatch it then.

Are you saying there actually was foreshadowing for the stupid plot development?

I think so or at least knowing about it puts what Montgomery does in the juror episode in a different light.

IIRC, there are a couple of episodes that eryl ba univat n zbyr cnffvat vasb gb gur Onq Thlf, trggvat crbcyr xvyyrq naq Orpxrgg raqnatrerq. These don't seem to fit very well with the finale.

Oh god yeah. We cheated and watched the end of the series on downloads, and they had the poisoned juror last week, and yes, we sat there going "ohhhhh".

But then we also watched the one with the very rich family with secrets, "Kill the Messenger" (from season 2), with friends the other day, and Montgomery makes a comment like "when someone in a uniform goes bad, that's the worst." And my son and I were biting our fingers to not give anything away to our friends, who don't have a clue what's coming up.
