A SHTTRPG campaign about a program for super-powered teens whose power-set is PR-hostile/seemingly inherently eeeeeevil. One of the teachers is a physician with a death-touch who developed sufficient fine control to target infectious diseases.

Due to budget cuts, this is also where the teens with apparently useless powers end up, so Kid Cassowary is in the same class as Tunemaster, whose ability is perfect pitch and comprehensive knowledge of all music. The lesson the less obviously useful teens are taught is to try very hard to an Aquaman whose powers inexplicably turn out to be useful and not a Doug Ramsey who gets offed to show the threat is real.
