I'm the same about my watch. Plus, without my watch, I don't know what time it is. It's rather uncomfortable.

I put it back on immediately after showering, so there's no problem there.

There is, however, a reason why my keys live attached to my belt permanently.

What's funny is, I used to feel that way. Then I worked at a job where I could not wear watches (or rings etc.). After a few years, it felt strange to put on a watch for an evening or a weekend.

One inconveniently placed button leads me to occasionally remove my watch at night. (Yes, I DO care that this means I won't know what time it is while I'm asleep. No, I can't justify that.) And it's not waterproof, meaning it and my glasses come off for showers. Past that...isn't a watch worn all the time? My wrist feels funny without it.
