Only piece of clothing I've ever forgotten has been my bicycle helmet. Putting it on is later in the process and it can be in several different places, making it more likely to be forgotten. But I think I've only actually forgotten it two or three times.

If your bicycle helmet is in several different places, I think you should probably replace it with one that's still in one piece. :)

I used to go back to the store after checking my rear-view mirror now and again.

Cain't forget my hat when leaving home because I store my helmet and gloves on my handlebars.
