james_davis_nicollThere's this thing called the world wide web. You can use it to promote your books by eg: having a personal website that lists your books.
Having a personal website that does promote your writing but does not supply such useful information as a bibliography is not as effective a use of the web as possible.
Having an ongoing career and a website that hasn't been updated in so long that it's missed your more recent books is also not as effective a use of the web as possible.
