I have sent them email asking if the bus positions are the real ones or the projected ones. It should be possible to track the buses but I do not know if they actually do.

That's what I was wondering as soon as you described it. It would be nice if it was based on actual bus locations, but they don't say anything about that, as far as I can see. When I was living in KW for a couple of years, and dependant on the buses for getting around in the winter months and for distances too great for convenient cycling, I found the KW buses remarkably unreliable. Worse than Kingston, and that's saying something.
