Show of military force fails to quell accusations of police overreaction

Nothing that happened in Ferguson, Missouri, on the fourth night since Michael Brown died at the hands of a police officer there, dispelled the notion that this is a place where law enforcement is capable of gross overreaction.

Well, among other things there's someone in charge. From what's known about before, something like 4 different police forces were there and whoever was in charge seemed like whoever felt like it at any given time.
