OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- The California preacher who used his evangelical radio network and thousands of billboards to broadcast the end of the world has died at age 92.

Oh, yes, I definitely remember him, and apologize for another California loon (although at least he wasn't born here). I suppose he didn't predict this?

Checking his Wikipedia page, I see "Camping earned a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Berkeley." Well, he certainly earned some sort of BS degree...
