On DW? It should remember your preference, so click the plain text option and it should stay that way, if it's not there's something wrong and Support'll help.

Auto-Formatting knows you don't want to turn Auto-Formatting off. Auto-Formatting will automatically correct any misformatted commands which would turn off Auto-Formatting.

There's nothing in the FAQ about it, at least for us non-paying folk. Nothing seemed obvious when I went trolling through the configuration pages.

What if we all sent a question to the help desk? Would that cause it to be moved up on the list of possible priorities?
