Search and replace reminds me of a story, some years back, in our local newspaper (the Northwest Herald). It was about the Enola Gay exhibit at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum.

You can see where this is going. The headline proclaimed the story was about the "Enola Homosexual Exhibit" at the NASM.
