My sympathies: those who natter on about how we should listen to our bodies sometimes forget that we need to take what our bodies say with a significant grain of salt. Perhaps, indeed, a few clumped grains.

When mine does that, it's at the mercy of my hormones -- and it has been well-proven that my hormones are utterly unreliable guides of what my body should do.
Whatever it was, it made my legs ache too, and I was as jumpy as someone who chugged a couple of pots of coffee. Oh, and the unconscious leg tapping frequency and amplitude when way up. Seems to be dying off, though.
