I generated two characters, one if the group needs a smart guy and one if they just need a behemoth.
Calibration: 3 is average human for a stat, 6 is great, 7 is low superhuman (and also the cap in this game)

Bargain Basement John Gilbert
Shell-shocked Great War veteran/would-be dapper lady's man William Morgan is determined not to be a sap anymore. Armed with a law degree, he set out to make as much money as quickly as possible, without regard to niceties such as ethics. That meant working for criminals like [Mad Genius' name here]. One lab accident later, the Doc was dead and William had become Billy Brisk, the fastest ambulance chaser in town.
Brisk is zippy fast, and can run from one end of town to the other in one panel. He's also not bullet-proof so if shooting starts, he may do just that.

Kevin Orson Kavanaugh could have been a contender... if not for his terrible temper and propensity for accidentally killing opponents in the ring. Forced out of boxing, the six foot nine behemoth left a trail of bodies behind him but found new employment in the fields of looming menacingly and hurting people.
KO is strong and skilled with his hands, surprisingly indifferent to pain, and about as bright as a bag of sand. Still, a useful man for someone who can get him pointed in the right direction. He once spent six months in the Chicago zoo because the keepers were under the impression he was a gorilla with alopecia. He took half a year to correct them because steady meals are steady meals.
