If I use my Airsense11, I sleep badly. If I use my old Airsense10, I sleep much better. Same hose and mask, same settings. What the hell is the difference? What am I overlooking?

Never having used AirSense 11, I cannot advise on this.

Sounds like a faulty unit. I would definitely get it checked out before using it again as a friend of mine had a CPAP fail and it literally almost killed him. He's been in hospital and recovery for almost two years after having been in a coma for several weeks.

Faulty machine is a possibility ... do pharmacies hire out CPAP machines where you are? Maybe you can get a hire of the same model to check. For all of ResMed's many shortcomings they usually have a good service network you could try getting it checked.
You say same settings, but I get no sense of how deeply you have actually gone because there are a couple of levels. There are also easy to overlook settings like EBT that don't show any configurable information at the top level.
Also what are you experiencing when you use the S11? "Sleeping Badly" covers a lot of area.
And I'm assuming you don't have a sleep specialist looking after your case ... maybe that is a good first step.
