I was hearing many comments to that effect (also yardwork, at least until the rain started) when I was erranding yesterday -- the radio in the car was tuned to a Windsor station.

{ETA: I heard from friends that the border crossings were affected - there were a couple of panicked texts from one of them "I'm gonna be late to the gig! - the border is very very slow". And the only reason the texts went out is that he'd forced his phone to international roaming and picked up a US tower.}
