As an old dead tree format reactionary, I find there is far too much good stuff solely in e-fomats. Still waiting for a paper version for any of Saunders' Commonwealth books, for instance.

I asked him about that once. He said if it happened, it would be after the series is complete, and he still had a couple of books to go.
