Even at an elevated level, the odds are still quite low. This is a good thing because this guy
is the fellow who is in charge of making sure we're ready to deal with a disaster.
That's a photo of him arriving at his first press conference as party leader, way back on Sept. 11, 2000. His term as party leader was so masterful that by the end of it, there were enough break-away members of the CCRAP party to form their own party.
