I was going to go with "whatever it was my local 7-11 did to that pint of Ben and Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough." Because that flavour is usually pretty great, and this was terrible. I suspect they thawed and refroze it. It was all ice crystals, and instead of little balls of brown sugary deliciousness there were sticky, unformed messes.
