james_davis_nicollWho was the first black member of the Justice League and in which year was the issue when they joined the JLA published?
Bloodwynd was '92 but also JLI and also not Bloodwynd to start with so I don't know if he counts. If not him, Steel, maybe? Mid-to-late 1990s?
