Seriously, though, there is an actress/writer who I read the blog of who recently went off on feminism because she doesn't think we need it anymore, everything is equal, and the negativity feminism brings to the discussion infantilizes and hurts women. And me, see, I think politicians saying "Let's hurl some acid at those female democratic Senators who won't abide the mandates they want to impose on the private sector" is the negative and harmful stuff.
I just can't with people who say this sort of thing doesn't matter.
