Count me as one of the "Ignatieff's comments are odd" camp. He's talking about the danger of a breakup after an election that saw the Bloc Quebecois devastated, and when people are more worried about what petty cost cutting Harper and co. will introduce next than any possibility of another Quebec referendum.
