Thinking about the instability and turmoil in the US

Given all the extremist political rallies and the fact that the US has gone through two presidents in three years, wouldn't our interests be more effectively protected if we established some sort of stable junta or one man rule there?

You don't need to petition the Queen to be allowed back into the Commonwealth of Nations (it's not called the British Commonwealth any more, and makes no changes to the structure of government). You apply for membership to the Commonwealth Heads Of Government Meeting (CHOGM) and agree to uphold the Harare Principles, accept the Queen as the Head of the Commonwealth, accept English as the language of Commonwealth communications, and a couple of other things.

As a former colony I'm sure you'll be welcomed back with open arms.

As I have often said, to invade the US you really need to have the US helping you. They are the only country equipped to subjugate themselves.

Taking India as an example of how a smaller country can take over a larger one, it would help if we exploited existing divisions in American society; get them to fight each other for us.

If nominated, I will not accept; if elected, I will not serve. I _know_ what's in my "things like this will keep you out of political office if anyone publicizes them, young man!" history, despite having qualified perfectly well for a Secret clearance when I needed to.
