Aside from Will Shetterly's The Gospel of the Knife, are there any other explicitly semi-autobiographical works of urban fantasy in which the author’s stand-in is revealed to be God?
If I recall correctly, Thomas Disch revealed in The Word of God that Thomas Disch was god. Disch seems like a particularly unsubtle stand-in for himself, though.
