Physics

For reasons I will not go into, it seemed like a good idea to put my office space heater on top of a platform. It's a very effective space heater so in short order I was toasty warm or at least everything above the knee was.

What I think is happening is warm air is flowing out via top of the office door, which is ajar, and of course cool air is flowing in via the floor level.

I can see no way in which this could go horribly wrong

My fear

Is that if the Rob Ford story ends abruptly - in a prison term, say, or being appointed to the Senate - the sudden collapse will cause the ailing Canadian news industry to implode.

An attempt to deliver a living bushmaster snake to America goes horribly wrong when the deadly snake escapes onto the ship.

I think it was awfully understanding of the captain not to hold the way Christopher forced the ship to allow him to bring a deadly and as it turned out insufficiently securely caged animal on board, particularly since the captain foresaw that it could get out.
