An Elevator and a Pole - Part 1
An Elevator and a Pole - Part 2

This is a surrealist story about two groups of people, one stranded by a vast pole in the middle of a featureless plain and the other in an elevator in a surprisingly deep shaft. Although their situations appear dissimilar, there is a connection between the two groups.

Not sure why this needed to be nearly an hour long. It reminded me of a couple of stories from Mindwebs and those were less than 30 minutes...

The women were basically useless or worse in this, not that the men were great prizes. There's another Tony Daniels coming up; wonder if it will the same in this matter. On the plus side, no rape or not-rapey but still unsavoury sex.

Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti’s 2010 campaign exceeded the legal spending limit by 44 per cent in apparent violation of provincial election law, says a city-commissioned audit.

At its Feb. 4 meeting, the compliance audit committee of three experts can choose to do nothing or refer the audit to a prosecutor for possible legal action. If a court found that the $12,065 in overspending, or other actions, breached the act, Mammoliti could face ejection from office.
