Poor Ibid.
My Octavia, on the other hand, is never surprised when Fig reacts badly to having her tail bitten. She does it with wicked purpose.

Do you mean "things that Ibid seems incapable of learning" or "things that we, the conspiratorial complex, must prevent Ibid from learning"?
I suspect the former, but the latter might be more easily turned into a thriller screenplay....
