Deluded old man baffled when voices in head turn out to be wrong about election

Now, I'm not one of those people who tosses around suggestions that someone might unconsciously be a crypto-Satanist especially when delusion and/or mental illness is a far more plausible explanation but if I was Xtian the fact that the voice in the headly election prediction was flat-out wrong would make me ponder which supernatural entity from Xtian mythology is the Prince of Lies?

Y'know, I watched it, and then because of rampant stupidity I clicked on one of the related links that came up after it ended, and got....something. Americans for a Free America Under Liberty.org or something.

I had not realized that Barack Obama is the most anti-everything good President of the US ever, which is probably why he got re-elected because the majority of the population is anti-everything good.

That is, of course, when you define "everything good" as "we're on top, we don't help anybody else who doesn't agree with us because we don't understand the teachings of the faith we profess to have, and We Want It! You Can't Take It Away!"

The picture of the golden bull pretty much says it all.

But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.

Didn't Elijah/Elizah ascent directly to heaven in a fiery chariot?

Obviously a cryptic reference to a rocket-powered launch vehicle.

Obviously.

And every year the Prophet Elijah beams down from the Enterprise to drink wine at Passover Seders all over the world.

(At my house we're traditionalists and we leave the door open for him anyway.)

Is he still around? Think he'd do an email interview? I need some blog content.

Given what a cruel SOB he makes out his God to be, I assumed he was always a Satan-worshipper.

CS Lewis - "Therefore, if any man swear by Tash and keep his oath for the oath’s sake, it is by me that he has truly sworn, though he know it not, and it is I who reward him. And if any man do a cruelty in my name, then, though he says the name Aslan, it is Tash whom he serves and by Tash his deed is accepted"

From a Reuters item I posted about in October 2008, discussing a Reuters item about that little prayer session held to appeal to Mammon Gawd to bring back the "Lion market".
