Is there a formal name

For the interval between someone pointing out an apparent bias in selection processes and the first occurance of the word "quota"? Aside from "femtosecond", I mean.

By race? Maybe "ethnosecond" would work there.

"New York minute" - the duration between the changing of a traffic light and some berk in an automobile beeping his horn.

The "internet Libertarian interval"?

"New York Minute." Also known as the interval between the light turning green and the jackass behind you honking his damned horn.

Why? Do you have a quota of biases to meet?

"speed of slight" ?

Does it count as negative if the predictable 'discussion' in the next dozen comments was addressed in the original piece linked to from the place the 'discussion' is taking place? No wonder AK (JS's co-podcaster) refuses to take part in 'Feminism 101' internet discussions.

A related question just came to me: are there statistics on the gender split in published anthology-length stories for the last year? or any other recent time period that could be indicative of that number? is it anything close to fifty-fifty?

A quantum of shoelace.
