Fabula Ultima Session Zero Point Five

Everyone designed characters. More on that when I have character sheets in hand.

The common thread for the PC's unit of "Vigiles" is that everyone survived
something for which they were the only survivor. Also, known parts of the City now include the Lees (the slums), the Rotwang robot factory, and the Docks. Weird how many cities on the ocean have a part of town called the Docks.

I have lived in cities with docks but never the Docks. Peculiar.

Come to think of it, I did once work at a place named Dock Four (which included several docks as well as non-dock artifacts), and the name seems to imply the existence of at least three other Docks, yet I don't recall ever hearing that particular construction.

You might be interested in the rules-light but flavourful "Electric Bastionland"... (Wikipedia reports it as an "OSR game", but it feels a lot more adjacent to that approach than in it, not everything rules light/player-cleverness-heavy need be put in the OSR bucket.)

Part of our household vernacular when discussing genre media is to describe the location of many scenes as "The Abandoned Warehouse District". Which has a fair amount of overlap with "The Docks".

Adam West and Burt Ward could have skipped a lot of detective work and just driven around the "abandoned warehouse near the waterfront" district of Gotham City looking for goons in matching outfits.
