Did the blurb for Reflux get cut off? Seems the sentence wants a bit more.

The second week in a row that I haven't been interested in anything and I don't have anything current to recommend.

I think I might not have recommended What Kings Ate and Wizards Drank here yet, though. Informative, entertaining, and Canadian!
leecetheartist: A lime green dragon head, with twin horns, and red trim. Very gentle looking, with a couple spirals of smoke from nose. (Default)

I remember Sarah Rhees Brennan's funny retelling of the 2004 Troy movie. It was so funny! But, alas I don't think it's available any more, I think she took it down before The Demon's Lexicon came out.

Uneasy is the head that sits on the Throne of Thorns, or something like that, I'm imagining. Basically it sounds uncomfortable.

I have been following Sarah's career with delight ever since we were both screaming fangirls in the Star Wars prequels.

The Brennan and the Pinsker look interesting enough that I just pre-ordered them.
