WSFS Mark Protection Committee minutes are online

They seem to be released about a month after the relevant meetings. They are ... brief.

I am left with a question, though, which is why MPC/WIP isn't doing a more thorough job of purging people like Ben Yalow?

They have formed a subcommittee to investigate hiring a lawyer!

It appears that some people were a little charitable about the phrasing when they said they had "Resigned" from the Hugo Award Marketing Committee.

Because we can't. Ben was elected by the WSFS Business meeting, and only they have the authority to remove him.

IANAL but this isn't entirely accurate. They could use the statutory requirements on directors to remove him for cause, finding that someone has breached their legal responsibilities for being a director is good cause to say they are not a director anymore.
