I did not realize dreamwidth would turn that into a DW handle. It's wincenworks on Twitter.

Using the @ for usernames is a recent DW addition. "Alternatively, if you are using Markdown you can use username to link to [personal profile] username. To link to a user on another site, use @ username.sitename." (but take the space out) So in this case you'd want to use @ wincenworks.twitter.com to get wincenworks
