My view of humans when one abandons kittens by the side of the road: “But by what I have gathered from your own relation, and the answers I have with much pains wrung and extorted from you, I cannot but conclude the bulk of your natives to be the most pernicious race of little odious vermin that nature ever suffered to crawl upon the surface of the earth.“

But then other humans come and rescue kittens abandoned by the roadside. So, overall, humans scrape by with a C, maybe a B-.

These kittens are obviously well socialized with humans. So someone spent a lot of time handling and playing with them, taking care of them (possibly even bottle feeding such a large litter), and *still* was able to just dump them by the side of the road. Psychopathic behaviour if I ever saw it.

Well, it's possible that one person in a household was caring for them and another dumped them. Either to get rid of the cats or as an act of abuse targeting the carer.
