Not clothes, no, but I do have the habit of making sure that I'm holding my keys in my hand as I walk out the door.
I do occasionally have the naked-in-public dreams, but in my dreams when I realize I'm naked my reaction is usually mild annoyance that now people are going to make a fuss about it. So far this has never happened in real life.

You've never been naked in public, or you have been but no one's made a fuss about it?
It's usually too chilly for extended wandering-around-naked, and if it's warm enough that I don't mind skin exposed to air, it's also warm enough that there are parts of me that want a layer of fabric between other parts of me. So naked doesn't tend to happen. I'm cautious enough about going Out that I tend to remember things like clothing, although I have on occasion forgotten my cane. This is why a second one lives in my car.
