A female, somewhat androgynous singer who I once said would be an interesting casting choice for Tintin. Interesting hair cut. Might have had a song with a q in it.

Even without the Q hint I may have guessed her as I totally know what you mean about her making a good Tintin. I saw her in Toronto a few years ago, she's pretty great :)
