Waiting for the last few books on my to-read list to come in. Open to suggestions, particularly for more recent books.

I cannot recall who asked me to read the Rational Harry Potter but it has defeated me. May I review something else?

Makes more sense if you remember that Draco is an 11 year old boy who is parroting the banter of the teenagers and adults he has known -- all of whom are servants of Evil in a fantasy universe.

It's been several years since I tried to read HPMOR, but that would require a level of subtlety that I'm not sure Yudkowski's capable of.

It's how I read it. I didn't see it so much as subtlety as, evidently Draco was around people who thought that's how you talk.
