Another large Earthquake hits offshore of Sumatra

This one is somewhere between an 8.2 and an 8.5, not too far from the big quake whose effects killed something on the order of 200,000 people late last year.

No word yet on tsunamis. Not all large quakes generate them and maybe South East Asia got lucky this time.
