When I was 15 or so, I won this book and several others at a volunteer firehouse "penny social" - and I think it had that cover (with the back cover copy starting "Born in a brothel"); the reason why I have to say "I think" is that the book mysteriously disappeared that very evening (though the other books I won, "Priest-Kings of Gor" and "Planet Named Camelot" did not).
