What is

The worst flavour of ice cream that is actually sold in stores. Note that "frozen dessert" is not ice cream. It is an abomination.

That sounds like a place that I would take a chance on. Though sadly, I am quite far away from anything like this "tropical ice cream store" of which you speak.
